Parent accounts are used for the sole purpose of managing player accounts that are associated to them and will not be able to login to The Aetherlight game. Some of the utilities that are regularly used by parents include, but are not limited to, enabling/disabling chat permissions, resetting passwords and purchasing content for associated accounts. Player accounts are simply used to play The Aetherlight! If you are a parent and wanting to play The Aetherlight as well (which we actively encourage!) you can create a player account also! You can find all the information on how to create a player account here.
Please note, we cannot convert player accounts to parent accounts or visa versa.
